Data use boundary
This product may store business questions, respondent filters, consent instructions, interview transcripts, audio and video source indexes, and AI-generated insights. Interview data may contain personal information or sensitive expressions; respondents must be informed of recording, AI analysis, retention periods, deletion request methods, and usage boundaries before creating the study. The system will not send interview data to unconfigured third-party production systems without authorization. Current 10 Role Review Supplement: Incorporate verbatim transcripts, interview rounds, respondent anonymity numbers, candidate status, age range, target roles, source_artifacts, evidence_links, consent status, deletion requests, and export content into sensitive or restricted data governance. ; Each interview session/transcript must record consent_status, consent_version, granted_at, scope, retention_days, withdrawal_status and deletion_status; it must not be saved or used for analysis without valid consent. ;Clearly what fields are disclosed to the OpenAI Responses API, why they are disclosed, how to minimize them, and how to audit them; No external business system side effects do not mean no external AI data processing risks. ; Verbatim transcripts, anonymous numbers and potential personal information risks must be prompted before exporting, and audit events must be written; the processing boundaries after withdrawing consent or deletion requests must be visible. ; Expiration retention, withdrawal of consent, soft deletion/hard deletion, export copy restrictions, audio and video/verbatim source index cleaning and audit log retention range must be defined.
Data retention
By default, the interview data is retained according to the retention_days set by the project; after expiration, the project leader should be prompted to delete or extend it. The deletion operation only affects the records and file indexes saved by this site, and does not mean deleting copies that users have downloaded, forwarded or stored in external systems.
Human responsibility and rollback
This product is used for customer/user research process management and interview data analysis. The generated content is only used as a research aid and is not equivalent to deterministic market conclusions, legal opinions, medical opinions, financial suggestions or personnel decision-making basis. AI cannot guarantee that the sample is representative or that the insights are completely correct, and all interview guides, recruitment plans, and insight reports must be reviewed by the person in charge before being used externally.
Rollback only means restoring the interview guide, respondent plan, insight report or workflow status in this site to an earlier version and recording an audit log; since this product is not connected to external production systems, rollback will not undo any operations in external CRM, meetings, emails, data warehouses or third-party platforms.
